The guesthouse is located in Livadia, in a place of natural beauty at the top of the mountain Paiko; at an altitude of 1250 meters that charms the visitor with its alternating landscape 12 months a year. The guesthouse is equipped with 40 beds of special care, traditional beauty and the guests can have the comforts of the city during their stay, but also enjoy a unique environment of mountain tourism.

On the ground floor of the guesthouse, there is a tavern with a fireplace where guests can enjoy the traditional local cuisine and spend evenings of unique warmth with their loved ones accompanied by fine local wines.
